Dear Sir,
I went shopping in Vishal Mega Mart on[protected]. My bill was made of Rs.2582/- on which 1 or 2 kg of sugar was free. The guard there had to stay for 15 minutes but the free sugar did not come even after an hour. When I objected there, the guard told me to talk to the manager but the manager did not come there for 2 hours. Will I get free items or not? I have been visiting there 2 times also and I tried to talk to customer care also but could not get through.
There Vishal Mega Mart customers are fooled. I had seen the price list of many goods (सामान) in which the tag was something else and something else was being taken in the bill.
When I asked the executive at the billing time why are you charging the wrong price? He started saying sorry sir. I am not from this department, the one who looks after the billing has not come today. No one was cooperating there. You are requested to kindly consider this. Because this happened to me today, I don't know how many customers would have happened with it earlier?
