On Sunday, 28.9.14 I went to Vishal Mega Mart, Gumanpura Kota
Had some grocery items and went to the cash counter. The billing clerk, listed the items in computer and the bill was of Rs. 211. I handed him Rs.300. He asked for the change, which I denied. He asked me to buy some other things, in which i was not interested. So he denied to sell me the products. I think providing change is the responsibility of Seller not the customer, how can you deny your services to a customer, who is willing to pay for that. What about my time which I spent over there in the store collecting the various grocery items ? I went to the management, there they have some arrogant people, who handed me a loose feedback form. Such a big enterprise, running stores all over the country is not having a complain or suggestion register.
I think the responsible persons in Vishal Mega Mart should look into the matter. I don't have any proof with me otherwise would have filed a case in the Consumer Court. Was this information helpful? |
