Sir,
1. I would like to bring in your kind notice that on 21 Jun 2015, I visited to Vishal Megamart Kurukshetra with my family for purchasing. I parked my Car in parking available in front of Vishal Megamart. We done a purchase of approx 4000/-. After that boarded in our Car and started for home. Just after 50 meters away from Vishal Megamart, both rear side tyres of my Car got punctured. I felt that something wrong done with the Car in Parking area.
2. It is not out of place to mention that, I was very well aware that there is no role of Vishal Megamart staff. Therefore, I approached to Manager of Vishal Megamart, Kurukshetra, who was standing on Counter near Main Gate.
I narrated him the problem with a hope to find some clue to the problem, to report the matter might happened in Parking area or some sympathetic support.
But to my surprise, that Manager told me with ROUGH BODY LANGUAGE that MAINE TO NHI KIYA YA TUM BATAO MERE STAFF NE KIYE HO TYRE PUNCTURE.
I told that Sir, matter is not who have done, Matter is that whether something like occurrence happened or reported to you in past or not.
He told that I am not dealing with such problem and told me that YOU STAND AT MY POSITION AND YOU TELL ME WHAT I SHOULD DO.
Then I told him, please be polite, I am not blaming to you or your staff. I am in trouble and my family members are standing by the Road. We can find the cause of problem to avoid any such Future incident.
But that fellow has not paid any attention towards my words and every time spoken with laughing manner. He even told by bringing his face infront of me, that MAINE TUMHE KUCHH KAHA DEKHO MAIN TO TUMSE SMILING WAY ME BAAT KAR RAHA HU or to wards to this effect.
In proxy way he was not listening me, rather he was insulting me infront of his staff and other customers.
It was also sure that the Problem must have been developed to critical, if my family members would have been present at the seen of this ill behavior because I would not be able to bear such insult in front of them.
3. In view of the above, I request your kind office to initiate proper and strict action against such Management icons so that they do not insult any such CUSTOMER in future. Was this information helpful? |
