Vishal Mega Mart — Misbehavior by Staff

I am regular customer since 2005 when i was in vaishali ghaziabad UP. Yesterday 15 Aug 2015, i visit meerut Garh road store after complete my choice came for billing found 2 billing counter was not in use and one was only for 5 items than one cashier send to another again another send to next after waiting 20 min when reach for billing to cashier Mr Rahul he misbehave with me & my spouse stated that go to another counter will not done from here. When ask him about the store manager to complaint he said i am the store manager and you go out who r u etc in bad language and tone. pl look into this and revert me. [protected] [protected]@yahoo.com
