Vishal Mega Mart — Money stallment

I purchased some product with total amount of 642 and i paid using paytm upi and transaction was successful from my side but their system generate failed status and when i contact paytm they shows the payment done from my side but vishal does not provide me a valid proof for payment failure and telling me to ask for chargeback by contacting bank.

Because of their mistake they are harassing me and telling me it's your problem and contact the bank on my own. They should have a online refund for such cases.
