Vishal Mega Mart — Non return of amount rs 3855/- as per Vishal mega Mart Visakhapatnam attachment

Following Mail sent to Vishal mega Mart on 25Jan..., ..
Please refer to three attachments.
Amount Rs 3855/- paid twice from debit card and phone pe as your retail counter debit card system not working. Both the receipts are attached with this mail.

But multiple amount credited to single transaction. Also complaint made at vishakhapatnam centre as per attachment and matter was unable to solve the problem.
We are regret to inform that the said amount is not yet received.
Kindly look into the matter do the needful at the earliest.

A we got to learn with our concerned department that you did the shopping from the store and the sale was successful.

So this is non refundable amount. .

Sir kindly advise..i paid total amount of Rs, 7710 where as transaction done only for rs. 3855/-. How to get my hard earned money back of rs.3855/-. Please help me.
