Vishal Mega Mart — Payment related

On October 26th, I made two UPI payments of Rs 987 to Vishal Mart in Vijaynagar, Indore. One payment was rejected, while the other was approved by my bank. However, the billing representative stated that both failed and that you will be reimbursed. Then, for the third time, I transferred the same amount to Kailash and finalised my transaction.
So the issue is that I only received a refund for one of the two transactions.
and I still haven't received my refund after almost ten days.
And I've already shared the same transaction statement, refund statement, and deduction statement with Kailash on several occasions.
Please take action as soon as possible.
