Vishal Mega Mart — Regarding points

I have query regarding vishal mega mart points after purchasing the stuff. Last sunday 8th may 2022, I did shopping from 5 phase mohali vishal mega mart store, but haven't receive any points. On that day, nobody asked the mobile number after i asked employee on billing counter that you need my contact number for billing she said no. Further, after making paymentI checked the details on bill slip and i saw there was number that wasn't belong to me. I directly told the senior employee and request him to rectify it. He ensures that we will receive our point but now it's already one week pass, there is no progress in action. I have all billing details that i am going to attach under photos section
