Vishal Mega Mart — Regarding Redeem of gift voucher.

I am Veena Kandpal from Lucknow.
On 5 December 2020 I the purchase of rupees 1600 from Vishal mega Mart, Patrakarpuram, Gomtinagar. After the purchase I was given a voucher which can be redeemed for rupees 500 for a purchase of rupees 2000 and above. The coupon was valid till 30th December On 29th of December I went to Vishal mega Mart Chinhat, to redeem my voucher because it was clearly mentioned in point 4 ofTerms and conditions that it can be redeemed at any Vishal mega Mart. Image of the voucher is attached herewith. But it was not redeemed as the system was showing that the voucher number was invalid. I contacted Vishal mega Mart patrakarpuram for further advice but they told me that the voucher was only valid in their own Store. This is not correct as the terms and condition clearly mentioned that the voucher can be redeemed anywhere in any Vishal mega mart store. Hence, I was not able to redeem the voucher at the store therefore please resolve my issue.
