I shopped at vishal mega mart, Muzaffarnagar.at 14/03/2015 at time 18:13:50.bill no.-333/[protected].There was a offer in vishal mega mart, Muzaffarnagar.The offer was, ON THE PURCHASE OF CLOTHES ABOVE RS.1299 YOU WILL GET A T-SHIRT FREE.When we reached on the billing counter the employees told that the sizes of the GROWN UPS are not available only the sizes of CHILDREN are available.When we complained the manager he left the counter & no further correspondence was made.EVEN THE FREE T-SHIRTS PROVIDED WERE NOT AT PAR THE ONES DISPLAYED UNDER THE SAME PRICE RANGE in the store.

I have been a regular customer of your brand store at tulsi cinema, Lucknow & no such discripency was reported there.I have been transferred here & look forward for the same consumer relations.

Though satisfied with the paid products I AM HIGHLY UNSATISFIED WITH THE CONSUMER SERVICES at the store in Muzaffarnagar.I request you to acknowledge the incidence which is highly damaging your brand & take necessary actions.
