[Resolved]  Vishal Mega Mart — Rude behavior of staff / price are different while billing

I really disappointed with my shopping experience at Vishal mega mart shopping center Khanna Punjab venue. I was travelled 40 km to visit vishal mega mart khanna, Price of the products was display on the stall are different from billing counter. We had confirmed price twice with staff before purchasing, but at the time of billing they charged very high from the price tag. Some product are buy one get one free scheme but at the time of billing scheme was not available . all these thing are for misguide the consumers .Biggest thing was that when we asked for the complaint, they did not hesitate to provide us the complaint book .Staff was looks like brunch of crook. No one is ready to listen us .I think they don't want customer satisfaction at all. We are not going to recommend any of our known to go there .
