Vishal Mega Mart — Unethical Means of business.

On 16-08-15 i went to shop situated at Najafgarh. The shelf of coffee Mugs shows Flat Rs. 69. i took 1 cup and when bill is prepared it shows 149. I inquired for the same and told the sales person that board shows Rs. 69 but he refused then i told him should i bring a pic of the shelf? He told me yes. I clicked the photo of the shelf and showed it to the sales person.then he told me to talk to manager.I had words with manager but he refused and told me customers reshuffle the shelf. he was not polite.when i argued with him that why you put a board of Flat Rs.69 if you canot handle? He didn't had any answer with him and told me that return the product. Is this the way to talk to your customers? Its clearly a case of cheating which is publicly going on. I am attaching the receipt of payment and photographs of the same. Please tell me what to do? i am feeling very cheated now.
