I with my family visited vishal mega mart located at udhagamandalam tamilnadu at about 4.30 pm today and I was at the mens section looking for a Jean and t-shirt and my wife was at kids section searching for our kids dress. In mens section all the sizes were mixed and the employees were simply roming and chatting. Finally after an hour or so we purchased dress for the kids my wife myself and some household items and took it for billing. And the cashier told the total was about 3500.00. And when I was about to pay my wife found that there was some defect in her new dress and wanted to change it and she was searching just because the cashier said her to search one of the same price because once if its billed they cant do anything and I to started searching and we could not find another so when we asked again he said the same. So got frustrated and returned everything we purchased and came out at 7.00 pm after arguments. Really a first bad experience shopping in my entire life. Was this information helpful? |
