[Resolved]  VLCC — Face skin damaged

Hi there

My name is inder jeet singh
I chose vlcc for my face treatment in august 2022, for the little pigmentation on my face. I went to quasis branch for the treatment met there manager neha she advised me for quras laser treatment for 5, 6 sessions I bought that package after start treatment on the third session i told them to stop the treatment because they burned my face with quras laser treatment

But she didn’t listen me and said to continue the treatment they didn’t stop and they damage my face skin lots of burned marks now on my face they totally ruined my skin after that they want to cover their mistake they did lots of experiment on my face from last year till now but it nothing is happened still my face have that burn marks

Now m totally fad up about due to that it created not only damage to my skin but I totally lost my confidence.

They changed doctor every month they are not taking this seriously. I given one year time to solve this problem to them but they r not able to solve

If there is any solution of this with you guys then let me know other wise i will put this case in DHA against VLCC. I need the solution ASAP otherwise i will go so far where i can go through
