[Resolved]  VLCC — Facial hair treatment

I purchased face hair removal treatment package for approx Rs. 13, 800 approx in which I was supposed to get 6 session and up to 90% hair reduction was expected and I already took 5 session and hardly I can see results hair have become soft but not reduced even. 30% and now vlcc have recommended me to take extra maintenance session.but maintenance session means to maintain something
however when nothing has been repaired so what is to be maintained..I urge vlcc to either refund the money or give extra sessions and solve the problem for which I paid..This is highly unethical and immoral to promise someone to induce a person to enter in to a contract and then breaching the same..

No resolution has been provided only my complaint has been forwarded to vlcc customer care and they will contact me within several days..This is not the resolution don't mark it as resolved to manipulate.
VLCC customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Worst services I got.no time to call the client
I paid for full laser body treatment but the worst services I got since last year. Want to switch to other services still don't have time to give call back waiting since September 2023.

Very true I am also in the same boat I paid 55, 000/- for 8 sessions and worst services and no hygiene talking rudely with customers

No resolution has been provided yet don't mark the status as resolved...it's completely fraud and everything is in record you people are digging a hole for yourself
