I have placed the order for 5 no's of WD SN570 1TB SSD on[protected] by paying Rs.21182.20 and till date there is no update on delivery schedule. Tried calling customer support almost 7-8 times and all the time they say in another 2 days they will ship and share tracking details. Tried messaging through LinkedIn to Hemanshu Agrawal Director VLEBazaar.com. Immediately after this one Mr. Abhishek Singh from VLEBazaar.com called me and said sorry for whatever has happened and asked me to bear some more time. After this I tried calling him Abhishek Singh on his personal number and he also started dragging the issue by saying will arrange soon my items and dispatch and share tracking details.
One of the worst e-commerce website I have ever never seen like this. They don't have any business ethics. I even told them if you are not in a position to supply my items or fulfill my order please cancel order and initiate refund ASAP. which also they are not doing it.
Unfortunately they have not provided the order cancellation facility to the customers on their website, otherwise long time back I would have cancelled my order. All these things they have done it purposely so that once they receive the payment from customer they will block the amount for whatever the time they want. Was this information helpful? |
