Out of warranty product delivered with the status of malfunction. Complaint raised, customer care ask one or other unreasonable details to be shared such as photo of product with size, video, etc. after satisfying all the information required by them, they are not responding to my calls and hung multiple time harassing me.
Infact they committed to do pickup by 4th June but no information from their side. Almost 50 calls and 20 mail correspondence done.

      Amount not refund after 4 month still pending

      Since ordering the printer on December 3rd, 2023, I've encountered numerous issues. Initially, the received printer was defective, and despite requesting a replacement, none was sent. Subsequent attempts to secure a refund have been met with promises of action, but each new deadline provided is consistently missed. Customer service connections take an average of 13 minutes, and attempts to escalate the issue to senior staff have been unsuccessful....

      Shipping delay of ordered item and nondelivery of item

      I had ordered an a refurbished phone from Vlebazzaar site on Feb 13, order id[protected] and till now not received anything.Whenever I call customer care they tell that they will ship within 2 days or 4-6 days.This is worst experience I have faced shopping through an e-commerce site.I don't know how they manage to sustain cheating customers like this.Why is the government not banning and take actions against them instead of banning AliExpress...
