I received a product which is different in brand and not working condition, it is just toy. The brand is different, and the quality is worse. The mouse is not working and rust is seen in USB. The mouse's switch is damaged and the overall product is not working.
I never expected this kind of cheating, Pathetic experience purchasing at Vlebazaar.

I requested to return the product but the seller Vlebazaar is not responding to return the product, whenever I call the customer care number, the same girl every time receives calls and tells me that you product will be picked up for return by tomorrow. Now It has been more than one week and I have also written an email & reminded more than 5 times but there has been no response. I have also created a complaint ticket on the Vlebazaar to resolve the issue but nothing happened.

All the relevant documents are attached.

I am totally disappointed not. Kindly help me in refunding my money.
