In reference to the Order ID #2800541 and Invoice No. INV[protected]
carted on 12.01.2024, I have requested the site to cancel my order of
"Redgear MK853 Shadow Blade Mechanical Keyboard with Drive
Customization Spectrum LED Lights (Black)" and reimburse the amount to
the source account. I tried to cancel it on the site but even after
submitting the cancel request it is not showing that the order is
canceled. It's still in the processing phase and when tried reaching
customer care via call one of the mentioned numbers was invalid while
the other was on hold for 20 mins. I tried reaching out via Helpdesk forum but for last 2 months they are just fooling around and saying they gonna refund in one week or so but to no avail.
