i have three vodafone numbers at my home and one of them is [protected] but from some days thiir data connection is near to nill in 3G data plan .

i called several times on 198 but i think as they have no solution to this deliberately first they put u on hold for long time and disconnect line ... i fed up with this type of run away attitude of VODAFONE and now finally want to move away from vodafone...

I LOHIT KUMAR, has vodafone [protected], I have taken a 3g postpaid pack, vodafone is asking me to pay unbilled amount of 4000 before the due date, and it has intereupted my data services. This is really a bad example of billing. They have intereupped my data services before the billing date, just because they are not taking the discounts upfront and penalising customers. I have recharged 3G 1GB net pack of 249 in my mobile no. [protected]on dated 12/03/15. I have received message from vodafone on dated 16/03/15 i.e. my net pack over written by 45MB 2G data pack. I have not done this type of any recharge on my no. so why my data pack has over written by 2G data pack without my permission.
