I am Vivek AP and my Volar registration number is [protected]. I have raised a query more than 10-15 times about the amount to be refunded to me for the booking of an XUV car. The booking details are as follows
I booked XUV from 19 July to 23 July 2017 (Amount completely paid online)
I extended the booking till 25 July (Additional amount paid online)
I degraded the car from XUV to Scorpio as the car provided to me was in a very bad state. I requested another XUV car but due to unavailability you provided me with Scorpio stating that the differential amount will be refunded in 2-3 days after the booking ends
I had fill in extra fuel which was too agreed to be refunded
As stated earlier I have raised a query 10-15 times about the issue. And your customer care staff promised me they would initiate the amount in two days. 4 years passed and I am still to be refunded. I got a partial refund which I guess is for excess fuel and later I got an extra refund of 214 whose source I am not aware of.
I still have a refund of approx 4000 to be received.
I have no hope that you have the intention to solve this issue. But need you to know that you still owe me the amount. And want to let your other people looking for a rented car know that if they are looking into Volercars, there are high chances being in trouble. Was this information helpful? |
