Vrl Logistics — Parcel : bangalore to mangalore

Dear Sir,

We are not happy with the VRL service and communication.

We have received only one parcel out of 2nos.

As per Mangalore HO, we need to contact them after 2 days to get the status .This is very bad as we need the parcel very urgently.

Kindly look into the issue ASAP and update US. Awaiting for yr reply.
