Vrl Logistics — Refrigerator damage in VRL transportation

Dear sir/ madam, I have sent new fridge from Bhatkal to Pune (Purchase bill and receipt copy attached), when i have received my refrigerator in Pune it was completely damaged ( Please find attached photo ) and also not working properly. I was shocked by seeing such nonsense work from VRL. It is surely from mishandling of the material, please take strict action on those persons those who has loaded and unloaded the material.
