VRL Logistics / VRL Group — 5th TIme Problem with the dispatch from Mangalore_LR [protected].

Dear VRL Team,

I am facing a late dispatch issue from Mangalore for the 5th consecutive time, and no resolution has been given to us since then.

LR No - [protected]
Booking Office - Mangalore.
Destination - Rajkot (Gujarat).

The said material was dispatched from Konspec factory on 11th May, but till date there is no movement from VRL.

We wanted to know the reason and also let us know what is the material's current status as the material is very important and if we are not able to deliver on time then the customer's plant will be stopped and they will raise the debit note.

So, kindly let us know on top most priority and also let us know why the same thing happened again and again, and also no body bothered to even respond mails.
