VRL Logistics / VRL Group — about the worst service of haveri vrl parcel staff

Yesterday i went to parcel 2boxes, bt they were not responding us, even there is a que of many members,, the guy who sat in counter was busy in phone with his personal issues,, he was talking very badly with us, tht i won't book ur parcel like this,,, is this the way u take care o[censored]r customers,???, their response with customers is too worst,, it happened in ur haveri branch,, please kindly do the needful

On 18/04/2018, we were overtaken by 2 VRL named buses. The drivers of the said buses was driving so badly that we were almost about to crash.
