My name is Kiran and my ticket number is 20001392.
Today I have booked ticket to hubli from Vijayanagar bangalore for 10pm bus. Bus number is KA25C7926. I was reported to your Vijayanagar office at 9.30pm there was no buss till 10pm and I was in assumption that bus will still come and I tried your tracking system also but it was not updated at all.. so 10.19 pm I got call from [protected] saying bus will not come so they asked me to board pickup vehicle.
It was very raining and I was carrying 3 year old baby, I said same thing to driver. I got another call from VRL agent [protected] he said he will get me umbrella, he came also and took my wife and baby with him and he said he will be back to take me again, after 5 min he came and I went with him by the time your pickup vehicle left... My wife and baby was standing in rain. Then i asked your agent what happend. He replied me saying even I don't know sir why pick vehicle went without picking you guys.. he tried to call that driver but he didn't pick up it seems.. by that time we ware full wet in rain including baby. When I called your customer care including 16 number that are available in Google.. every person talking like so irresponsible people. No one gave me direction on where I need to go next every one asked me to wait their only and they will send that driver back, i waited there till 11.25 and no updates at all so finally we came back to home, now at 11.30 I got call from buss driver to board in yashwanthpur.. how can it is possible now, as I am alredy back to home and yashwanthpur is far away from my palce, he suggested me to talk to [protected], and these guys gave me another number[protected], the guys from this number asked me to drop an email. Now I want my money back and justice.
I am expecting immediate action again these culprits.
Hoping for justice as early as possible.
