[Resolved]  VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Additional charges, parcel not delivered even after 8 days of pickup.

I opted for VRL cargo movers and packers to shift my things from Kalyan, Maharashtra to Rohini, Delhi. Vijay is he person I was in contact with. They took my parcel on 27th March 2022. I showed to delivery man that this parcel weighs 30kg in total. The quote was it will be 65Rs per kg of weight and that amounted to Rs1950. I made partial payment of Rs1500 at time of pickup. The VRL person Vijay called after 2 days and said that parcel weighs 45kgs. He added too many additional charges on my bill which was not shared to me earlier. He said he won't send further if I do not make payment and he forced me to pay additional Rs2000. He promised to send parcel within 3 days and now even after 8 days I don't know if he sent parcel or not. He is not sharing tracking ID of my parcel too. He took the complete payment and not sharing any information regarding my parcel. I am sharing bill copies of what he shared with me. I need my parcel as soon as possible. It is mentally very disturbing and I want VRL people to compensate me on this behalf and give me my extra money charged back.
