VRL Logistics / VRL Group — asking extra money for loading item in spite of, giving 50 rs as miscellaneous

[protected], after ading 50rs as mislenious amt at godown on top of fare, people asking extra money, when complnt to manager he said thy r frm out side, if want to lift ur item discuss with thm and settled my amnt discussing among thm. I know vrl, from were labour came in btwn don't know. If this is ok then no problem i will move next time.

Courier boy said that u can complaint any whare he didn't care ...and he is using worst language his contact no [protected]. Courier boy talking words are completely worst ...we are hope on vrl courier the resolve as soon as possible
