VRL Logistics / VRL Group — AWB 33078977 Parcel booked on 13th June not yet delivered

Hi we had booked a parcel service from Hubli to Kumta on the 13th and it's not yet delivered yet, we have done multiple visits to Hubli and Kumta offices but no status updates. Devendra from Hubli office tells us that it's sent today go and check but when we go to Kumta offices they update us that it is not delivered yet. Please check on this and help us at the earliest
