We are reputed machine manufacturer in ichalkaranji. We are order one material from rakhial gujrat on dod basis. But we cant inform compulsion of company stamp on take delivery. But your ichalkaranji staff was not understand the situation. Also there talking is very rud & not co-operative.

Mr. Vijay londe [protected] (Godown incharge). These people are very bad for your company reputation, they behave like owner of the company. They said we are not need of the customer. We have our own rules. This type of language is very abusing for vrl brand.
Also freight in cash only compulsion is illegal. We will submit the legal case in consumer court on all this type of service.
