DEAR SIR,
I am venkatesh kumar from COIMBATORE, i have purchased a material from my regular supplier company based on MUMBAI on 16th may 2023, my supplier booked the material in VRL Transport on 16th may 2023 from Kalamboli(MUMBAI) to Kattoor (COIMBATORE) however my material hasn't been delivered yet also no response from the VRL Transport customer support after so many calls and mail.
The next day when i tracked the material using my LLR number it showed the material is in BANGALORE on 17th may 2023, from 17th may 2023 to 23rd may 2023 the tracking shows the material is in Bangalore, when i called VRL Bangalore zone, no one picked up the call, however i have approached the VRL Coimbatore zone to contact the Banglore zone regarding my material status but no response to their Coimbatore office also. I have called more than 20 times but no response...
Then finally 23rd may evening Coimbatore VRL office called again to Bangalore office, this time they attended the call and they sent the material from Bangalore... Now my material is in Salem office on 24th may 2023..
For the past 1 week my material is in Bangalore office and they haven't transported the material, they simply thrown the material in their Godown.. Now my customer cancelled my order i have lost my customer due to their irresponsibility.

Today date : 24/05/2023 (material not received in coimbatore)
I was very much heartbroken about this vrl transport service since i have lost an order of about 10000 rs, due to their worst transportation service. Was this information helpful? |
