[Resolved] VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Broken Table - Insurance Claim

I moved my things including office table on 23rd September 2021 from Chennai and it reached the destination Coimbatore on 26th September 2021. The table was broken and i raised the issue immediately to Vinod Choudhary ([protected]- the person who was in contact during packing and moving process), the only response i got is that he would check the details by the next day, post which even though i keep messaging him, i am not getting any reply.
