VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Builty lost by mistake need duplicate builty

We have booked 2 carpet delivery by vrl trasport narayana, after that they make computerised slip and gave to our person but by mistake it got lost by our person so we sent our boy to vrl transport narayana for duplicate copy they denied to provide it they asked for lr number which is written in booking slip, I want to ask them when its lost so how we can give lr number.they have just refused to any help please look into this matter asap
