I have booked bus with my baby from nagpur to pune on 31st dec 2018. The bus got cancelled because of some bus issue and hence cancelled my tickets. Vrl is not giving me my preferred seat and bus time which i have booked in the bus on 31st dec 2018. Now vrl is giving me next day that is 1st jan 2019 bus tickets on another bus on last seats which is not comfortable at all. They should have schedule another bus on same timing on same day. Now with no option have to book hotel in nagpur worth rupees 2500 and travel on 1st in uncomfortable manner. Other companies also cancelled their buses of same day looks like bus companies have done lobbying and sales tickets on higher price from 1st jan 2019.
Hence i want compensation from vrl for my inconvenience.
