I had booked parcel from Raichur to Mudhol for above receipt number.
I have been charged Rs 50 to shift goods from your vehicle to your store room.
And there is again charges to shift out goods from your store room to outside.
This happened at VRL logistics, Mudhol.
And they keep all goods in a jumbeled manner and ask us to take our goods, they don't bother to even move other goods which are kept above our goods.
All they do is sit in their chair and keep talking on mobile. Such a irresponsible customer service.
