VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Charging a lot for transportation

I had booked goods from Kerala to Maharashtra. The act weight was only 60 kg. But the officer charged weight for 120 kg. I mean what looting is done?!!?
Charging 5-10 kg extra weight is understandable, but absolutely double??? What you guys are doing??

Soch looting is totally unfair
Pls take action against this
