VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Cheating in pick up and courier services

We came from south India for coaching and after completing that we are returning
Home.so we thought to courier books through VRL logistics.we got a phone number from one of our friends and asked that man to pick up and courier the books.Finally he came with 3 to 4 people and packed my bags in 7 small cardboards without telling about charges even though we are asking.After packing done they said the bill was 4000 as it was 350kg though it doesn't weigh 50kg also.But they pretend like each cardboard was 50kg, what ever it weight may be, you have to give 50kg cost for each cardboard.Finally we argued and didn't send it but he took 500/- for packing charges and left.same thing happened with my other friends also.When we asked in VRL office directly on charges for courier service they said the cost for my luggage will be 540/- including taxes and packing charges.Here iam mentioning that fraud people no.[protected]...Please try to take action otherwise they cheat on so many innocent people.
