VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Complain for missing parcel

Dear sir

I dispatched my material throw VRL Logistics Meerut on[protected] from Surat Gujarat but my material have not reach it.
Docket number [protected]
Material order value is 14750
I have contacted VRL Meerut and VRL Surat severally but no response then i have contacted customer care but ther result was same so

I’m attaching parcel and docket details
Please kindly check it and solve my problem as soon as possible
