VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Complaining about no response and delay of parcel

I've been asking them since from past 5 days, ter is no proper reply and response too... It is clearly mentioned the office address on the parcel but they delivered to some were I told to pick it up and deliver to office no reply from any one... Very very disappointed...
