[Resolved] VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Consignment Misplaced by VRL Logistics

We have dispatched our consignment against LR No. [protected] from Panchkula to Ludhiana on 27th of August, 2021 which has been entered in DELHI TPT on 29th of August as per their records, but till now that is 16th of September 2021 their is no any status of material at their site and even their Delhi TPT persons informed on phone that they are unable to find my parcel at their godown, we are continuously following up on email with Delhi, Panchkula, VRL HO and Ludhiana mail id's but no one is responding on mail that they have lost my parcel, that parcel was for one of my customer containing machine parts.

Dear Sir,
Neither we nor our customer still haven't received any update on our missing consignment as per given complaint, we are almost near to completion of 1 month of dispatching this material through your transport.
We request you to kindly response and resolve this issue on immediate basis as we are going to loose one of our prestigious customer due to this issue.
