[Resolved]  VRL Logistics / VRL Group — Consignment misplaced refund required

The complaint is regarding the miss placed of the consignment booked on 14.08.2021 by Keerthi Sarees Gulbarga under the POD Number [protected] to be delivered at Bidar . But the consignment did't delivered.

when we have contacted the local VRL Logistic Office Bidar they assured us that they will get back to us soon but they didn't turned, we continuously following it up with the Bidar Office.

Later after the three months also we had not received the consignment.

When the area manager of Gulbarga had visited at Bidar on 27.11.2021 he informed the procedure to the manager of Bidar how to proceed further towards refund of the amount,

We had contacted the Manager of Bidar office on his mobile number [protected] on 04.12.2021 he is asking us for the to provide the bank account details for the refund with out mentioning the amount of refund and asking us for the negotiation in the amount, we have denied for the negotiation we required full amount of Rs 16545.24/-.

The manager inform us the that the amount had to paid from his pocket and he is unable to give full amount but we denied the offer we require full amount to be refunded.
