My consignment no.[protected] & [protected] was booked on 2nd jan, 2018 from delhi kashmiri gate to rudrapur vrl and e way bill no. Written on bill. From 4th jan material not loaded for rudrapur from delhi north tpt after 2 days i had call in delhi office they said hard copy of e way bill not attached after 15 min e way bil mail on vrl id which was received by msg on 6th jan they said material dispatch today and same thingh repeated on 7th jan. There is no proper response from delhi north tpt

Very bad services, i would prefer gati or tcs, they don’t respect their customers time, no correct information is being given through its any branch specially the delhi tpt. It’s expensive and that also with no fruit-full results.
