Dear VRL Logistics team,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service I received from VRL company. I had placed an order with your company on 27/04/2023, for Bangalore.It reached the hub on 03/05/2023 but unfortunately, the delivery was delayed without any prior notice. However, that was not the only issue I encountered. The delivery team's behavior towards me was extremely rude and unprofessional.
When I tried to inquire about the delay in delivery, the delivery team member was very dismissive and seemed to have no interest in helping me. I was taken aback by their lack of concern and rudeness towards me. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of the situation.
Furthermore, I had to wait for a long time without any response from the delivery team. This lack of communication only added to my frustration and inconvenience.
I expect that this matter will be addressed, and that steps will be taken to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
