Hi VRL team,
This is my tracking number : [protected]. My goods were damaged during transit from malegaon to Vasai. The product had got wet and is of no use to me. The same had been informed the the staff at vasai office. In writing application was also been submitted but there is no response from your team in Vasai.
A video had been shot and submitted to the team manager. A written application with bill and the damaged amount.
I would request you to give me a response as it's a total loss due to drivers fault (as mentioned my vasai branch manager)
Please give me a response on it as soon as possible as it has been 20+ days not the matter.
