Dear Sir/Madam, We Times Lifestyle is a regular customer of yours and we are more than 15 to 20 consignments through VRL Logistics Kirti Nagar New Delhi. Since last one week we are getting complaints from our clients that they are receiving goods in damage conditions. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at your earliest. Jan 20, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved Sir, Our client received consignment in damage conditions against LR No.9031864999. We have already sent to you Client Details and Snapshot of Damage goods. I am requesting you to please resolve at your end. VRL Logistics / VRL Group customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
