VRL Logistics / VRL Group — damaged the parcel with hazardous chemicals and not responding for claim

We booked a parcel from vrl logistics tikri border branch to hosur branch. But when the parcel reached at the destination it was tottaly wet by hazardous smelly chemicals. When we spoke with tikri border branch they said that cleint will get the claim. And its been month we are mailing them for claim. 12 mail we have sent them and not received any response. Such a very poor and worst behaviour. Parcel value is rs.30000/-. Very poor pior and poor customer service we have received.

We r doing business of hardware... every time we use VRL logistics for transport our material but every time we want to track our material Servers down... Pathetic... Such a big logistics ...
