Dear Sir,
This is to bring into your notice that Vrl kanpur has delayed my materials to me after keeping it for 4 days and when I spoke to Rahul Dwivedi (manager) there a day before yesterday he said no charges will be imposed, no one has informed m ed about the arrival of material from Pune, I tracked 4 days back that it reached kanpur. I made calls many times but no one answered . Yesterday I got call from Neelesh Dixit saying that come n collect your packages and when my sister went to collect they have asked her to pay Rs 90 as storage fee.

This was really disappointing that vrl kanpur has delayed n stored my materials and falsely charging money in name of fees.

Rahul Dwivedi has taken my Phone Pay number to reimburse my money but till now he has not paid me.

I'll make sure my next consignment will not be transported by VRL
