VRL Logistics / VRL Group — delay in delivery poor service

LR no [protected] booked dated[protected] from Delhi.. Even after repeated follow by mail n calling customer care, informing them about URGENCY of material. It is still laying at Delhi.

Now the situation worsed, since I am not able to fulfill my commitment people are about to cancel the order.

Who will pay for my loss.

Today when I called on customer care no, the executive instead of apologize for late delivery said " Sir koi Baat nahi hai, will send list today for dispatch" .It means till date they were just sitting.. and no action was taken instead of repeated mail from my side.

Irresponsible behavior n very poor SERVICE

All most all the items are damaged.nt at all ethical in their business.nothing they did properly .they told they wil come to the packing place by 10 but reached by 3.delivery date also delayed by 24 hrs.no response . Dont pick the call as well.all most all my furniture are damaged.

Sir two months back I have send parcel hubli to chennai pallavaram lr no [protected] party didn't recived parcel so plz delivery to party to this shop

I used their services to get my package delivered from Delhi to Hyderabad where they misplaced my package in their kompally facility which is resolved after 2 days from the time of delivery and ALONGWITH THIS THE STAFF BEHAVED VERY RUDELY AND CAME INTO A FIGHT WITH ME NEAR THEIR MAIN GATE ON THE 14TH OF OCTOBER AT AROUND 5 IN THE EVENING
