This has reference to our shipment of furniture good booked at VRL Wagholi, Pune office on 4-May-23 AWM [protected]. The said consignment was for destination Guwahati expected to reach Guwahati by 13th May. By 15th may it didn’t reach Pune and when we enquired, we were told that material was lying in Pune Phursungi hub and didn’t even start from there. The status was not updated correctly on online tracking and no reason was given for the delay. After requesting the staff, they told that they will send the material with special attention and urgency but nothing happened. On 18th May we enquired again and we are told that material has reached Calcutta and still will take 5 days to reach Guwahati.
Our Customers have already cancelled the orders due to this delay and we have suffered huge financial as well as reputational loss due to negligence, false tracking updates and non committal behaviour from VRL staff. Being such a reputed business, VRL management should address this issue as we are observing these incidences increasing gradually.
