Still the delivery address is shown as Kannur, instead of Ernakulam. We have been contacting and calling Bhavnagar Branch and still they are not supporting. VRL is not dependable. While loading the material I had spoke to the Bhavnagar VRL Branch's and I was told to send email which we did. And this is what they did. Please do the needful urgently.

While we checked in tracking status it is observed that the items are still being shipped to Kannur which is 500 kilometres away from Ernakulam. The delivery address should be as shown below.

We had already spoke to Bhavnagar VRL Team today afternoon over phone and we were asked to send email and still it is not rerouted. Please do the needful urgently.
